You'll feel the difference in your body once you embrace healthy eating. This isn't complicated science but a natural way of living. You'll discover your magic when you fuel your body with pure, plant-based nutrients that impact your cells directly.

Four Week or Six-Week Intensive
This is a one-on-one consultation where I work with you to create a personalized lifestyle, meal, and juicing plan tailored to your specific health goals—whether it's weight loss, detoxification, or boosting immunity. You receive personalized attention and support throughout the process.
This Coaching package includes:
- One 1-hour preparation session for Q&A and goal setting

One 30-minute welcome and preparation session to:
- Review goals and recommendations
- Set a clear strategy
- Provide a personalized meal plan
- Offer a list of foods to eat and avoid
- Design a menu plan (including food, juice, and herbs)
- Three 60-minute coaching sessions (one per week)
